In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established our financial policy as follows:
- We offer a bookkeeping courtesy to our patients that prefer to pay their full balance, (less estimated insurance benefits) before or on the day we actually start treatment.
- To fit the needs of our patients, a financial arrangement can be made to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.
- For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and we offer automatic funds transfer from your banking account.
In cases of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued; although we will make every effort to accommodate our patients with temporary difficulties. |
